Our composite cutter bits are used on fiberglass and carbon fiber.
They are available in 1/8 diameter, 1.5″ long.
both are single ended carbide. double cut and end cutting
It has a 1/2″ length of cut.
The spindle should run at full rpm, coolant on, around 10 inches per minute feed rate.
The coolant should be changed after use as the cutting process results in an abrasive sludge.
