This is a precision cut and drilled C608 RV7-tip up canopy handle block. Why mess around trying to get the drilled holes accurate when you can get a precision cnc drilled and countersunk part. Note that if you are replacing a part where the holes are already drilled, you may need to file the holes to fit.
