Description
The Panel Pro is a turn key solution to design and cut sheet metal panels in a very short time. Includes all the software and hardware to cut instrument panels on day one. You just supply a Windows 10 or 11 desktop computer.
The Panel Pro 6148 features the ability to utilize a full 48″ wide sheet. The work area is 61″ wide (X axis travel is 62.7″) and 48″ high (Y axis travel is 48.25″) with a Z travel of 3.5 inches.
It includes bracing down the center of the bed and short, rigid material mount bars. The Y axis gantry is double the width of the 6126 Y axis gantry.
It includes a standard 2.2kw water cooled spindle with an ER20 collet system.
The Intuitive software and quick set up makes this set up the world standard for one off or production runs.
Optional accessories expand the capabilities to measuring existing panels, engraving, lasering . These can be added at any time simply by removing the spindle motor and clamping the accessory in the accessory mount. The AvCAM software is already capable of measuring, engraving and lasering.
This system allows ordinary technicians produce extra ordinary results in a short time.
The system is easy to learn on your own, but we can supply on site training as well.
