Description
The Milwaukee 5925 router is used as the spindle on the Panel Pro 5925 and 6126.
We take a new Milwaukee 5625 router and modify it by:
- Shortening the power cable, removing the base and adjusting screw.
- Discard the original 1/2″ collet and add our custom built 6-0038-2 adapter that provides for industry standard ER11 collets
- Remove the Factory “contamination shield” and install our own.
- Check the collet bore for accuracy and regrind as needed. See how we do it

Please Note: Milwaukee has discontinued production of the 5625-20 router. We have a very limited supply and are limiting orders to 1 per customer. When those are gone, it will require sending the z axis in for modification to use the Masterforce router. The modification will cost $1000, plus any repairs needed on the ball screw or bearings. If you order more than 1, the excess will be refunded less 3.5% credit card fee. If you can find a Milwaukee 5625-20 router somewhere else, we would be happy to modify it for your for $200.
